From 19/04/2021 to the 20/09/2021, Allinson’s, Billington’s and Silverspoon are offering you the chance to win a brand new kitchen worth £25,000, a Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer or personalised tin.
This is part of a bigger campaign platform ‘Bake for Love’.
To enter the promotion, simply purchase a promotional pack, go to the promotional microsite (www.bakeforlove.co.uk) and enter your code (printed on pack)
How many times can I enter?
The promotion allows one entry, per pack batch code, per day.

What are the Prizes?
During the Main Promotion Period there will be a total of 10,228 Prizes available to be won.
- a. Tier One: 3 x new kitchens up to the value of £25,000 each (this total includes labour costs and the cost of the removal of current kitchen if necessary).
- b. Tier Two: 225 winners will each win 1 x KitchenAid 4.8L Artisan tilt-head stand mixer.
- c. Tier Three: 10,000 winners will each win 1 x personalised circular cake tin with embossed love hearts (220 x 95mm).
During the Wrap up draw Period there will be a total of 100 tins available to be won.
How many prizes can I win?
Participants may win a maximum of 3 prizes over the course of the Main Promotional Period (maximum of one prize, per Tier, per entrant).

When does the promotion take place?
The promotion is live from 19/04/2021 until 23:59 BST on 20/09/2021.
A wrap up draw will open on the 21/09/21 and end on 30/11/21.
How many codes can I enter?
You are limited to 1 code entry per household per day.
What if my code is not working?
Check the code you have entered matches the one that appears on your promotional pack (please note that codes can only be used once per day). I can’t read the code on the pack – what should I do?

Are there any age restrictions?
Participants must be 18 years or over.
Can I participate if I live outside of Mainland Great Britain, the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands?
Unfortunately, not. You cannot participate in this promotion if you live outside of mainland Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). The promotion excludes Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
Do I need to keep the packaging from the product?
Yes, please keep hold of your promotional pack and receipt for the purposes of verification should there be any problems with your claim.
Who can I contact if I am having problems participating in this promotion?

Using the website
How will I know if my code has been entered successfully?
If your code has been entered successfully, you will be taken through to the next screen which tells you instantly if you’re a winner.
If there is a problem with the code you have entered you will be notified of this on-screen. If your problem persists, please go to ‘Contact Us’ form and select ‘Code query’ and someone from Customer Services will be in touch to advise. Our customer service dept. is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
How will I know that my claim has been processed fully?
Once you have submitted your details on the ‘Enter your details’ form, a confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you submitted as part of your claim.
If you have won a kitchen, you will be contacted to discuss your prize. If you have won a Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer or personalised cake tin, your prize will be automatically on its way to you and no further communication will be entered into.

What are the minimum entry requirements?
- A resident of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) – the promotion excludes NI, ROI, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands
- 18 years of age or over
- You must provide your full name and a valid email address and your daytime delivery address (if you’re a winner).
Do I need an email address to enter?
Is there an alternative prize on offer?
There is no alternative prize offering for winners (KitchenAid stand mixers).
If a Tier One Prize winner (kitchen up to the value of £25,000) is unable to accept the prize, (for a reason accepted by the Promoter as legitimate in its absolute discretion e.g. because they are a tenant rather than a homeowner), the Promotor may offer that winner either an alternative prize of equal or greater value or a cash prize. The Promoter will have absolute discretion as to the award of an alternative prize, depending on the circumstances.
When will my prize be delivered?
KitchenAid Stand Mixers and personalised cake tins will be delivered within 45 days of a successful claim to the address provided during entry.
Can you arrange for the cake tin to be sent to a different address?
No. Cake tins can only be posted to the address provided when claimed.
My tin is damaged, what can I do?
If your Cake Tin arrives damaged, please let us know via the ‘Contact Us’ page and we will be in touch with you to discuss this further.
My prize hasn’t arrived yet, what can I do?
Firstly, please check your confirmation email and the date by which your prize will be delivered.
If 45 days have passed since placing your claim and you still have not received your prize, please get in touch with the Customer Service team via the ‘Contact Us’ page. Our customer service dept. is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
